Refund Policy

    Thank you for supporting the Kansas Chapter of the American Concrete Institute.

    If you cannot attend a pre-registered function, we're here to help.

    Certification Exams:

    All fees must be paid in full with registration. Direct substitutions may be made at any time.

    No cancellations or refunds will be allowed within 72 hours of an exam.

    “No-shows” will not be rescheduled or refunded.

    Seminars or Other Events:

    Refunds must be requested 5 days prior to an event in writing or by email. Cancellations within 5 days of an event may result in a credit to be used for a future meeting registration.

    Pre-paid “no-shows” will not be refunded or credited.

    Unpaid “no-shows” will be invoiced and the registrant will be expected to pay the full amount of the invoice.
