    Kansas State University Students Prepare for Concrete Canoe Competition

    The concrete canoe team spent the first semester of the school year fine tuning a concrete mixture for a canoe it will race during a regional competition at the University of Missouri in April.  Adding glass and other compounds changes the properties of concrete and allows it to float.  Good luck to the team!
